Refund policy

Refund of money 

Upon receiving the item, we'll check it to ensure everything is in order, and if so, the consumer will be refunded the full amount within 14 days, assuming the return was notified to support@anodefactory.com. The refund can be delayed until we receive the item or proof of return is provided. The refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase.

Note: The full refund may not be issued if the item's value has diminished due to its condition being different from when it was received.

Complaint 

Your purchase is covered by consumer law, giving you a 3-year warranty. To make a claim for a product purchased from AnodeFactory, you should email your issue to support@anodefactory.com with "complaint" in the subject line. Include your order number and a brief description of the damage. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution or a shipping label for the return. 

If you wish to initiate a claim, you must inform the Corrosion Group within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. We recommend filing a claim as soon as possible, ideally within 2 months of discovering the fault. 

If the claim is justified, the Corrosion Group will naturally refund the shipping costs incurred in sending the item back to us. Otherwise, you as the consumer must cover all transport costs, including our shipping costs for the return of the item after inspection. Remember, the item must always be sent in the correct packaging and obtain a receipt for the shipment. The consumer is responsible for the package/goods until it reaches the Corrosion Group. Therefore, save your shipping receipt with tracking information. 

This means you can either have a faulty item repaired, replaced, get a refund, or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. Of course, it is a requirement from the Corrosion Group that the complaint is valid and the fault/damage to the item is not due to handling errors, normal wear and tear, modifications, and misuse by the consumer. 

Note that goods sent without postage will not be accepted by AnodeFactory. 

If you have received the wrong products or are missing products in your package, please contact our customer service immediately, preferably with information about your order number and pictures of what you have received.
